I had the pleasure of working with Esther on a large 24-month Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) transformation at AMP. As the Change Manager, Esther was responsible for leading stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, training and communication at all levels within AMP.
The CMDM program was challenging due to its impact on the on AMP’s business and its technical complexity. Esther excelled at distilling issues, problems and business/technical environment in to simple and well understood concepts.
